Water Analysis for Boilers and Cooling Towers

What goes into a water analysis?  

Our laboratory will test for a variety of ions, depending on the needs and application. Simply fill out our analysis request form and we will handle the rest!  

Standard Cooling Tower Water Analysis includes the following tests:

  • Conductivity
  • pH
  • m-Alkalinity
  • Ca-hardness
  • Total-hardness
  • Organo-Phosphonate
  • Dissolved Iron
  • Dissolved Copper* (if applicable)
  • Total Aerobic bacteria
  • Chlorides

Standard Closed Loop Water Analysis tests:

  • Conductivity
  • pH
  • Nitrite
  • Dissolved Iron
  • Dissolved Copper* (if applicable)
  • Total Aerobic bacteria
Standard Boiler Water Analysis:
  • Conductivity
  • pH
  • Sulfite
  • OH-Alkalinity
  • Phosphate or polymer or phosphonate
  • Makeup/feed water

*Additional testing can be performed upon request.  

Upon completion of tests, results will be emailed to you with recommendations on what to do next!
